Banner advertising agreement will begin upon payment of the required fee and providing suitable banner sizes and links. The service will end when terminated by either party, or by the chosen duration period e.g 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or by the number of Banner impressions purchased etc... Either you or we may terminate the Banner advertising agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination.
Notice by e-mail, to your address on our records, is considered sufficient notice to terminate this Agreement. If this Agreement is terminated because you have violated the terms of this Agreement, no refund will be due.
Internet Support Ltd. retains the right to remove messages or banners included in any forum or advertisement on the Website that may be deemed abusive, defamatory, otherwise unacceptable. Repeated offenses following a written result in expulsion from the service provided via email.
The use of this Website shall be subject only to the laws of England and Wales which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusion and conditions of use. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with this Website and its use and these terms.
